Delivery Policy

(Shop on ground floor) HK$300 or above of each single purchase may enjoy complimentary basic delivery service to the designated address. When the purchase is less than HK$300, an additional transportation fee will be charged. *

(Shop on upper floor) HK$350 or above of each single purchase may enjoy complimentary basic delivery service to the designated address. When the purchase is less than HK$350, an additional transportation fee will be charged. *

Delivery is available on Monday to Saturday, except public holidays (All orders placed before 9:30 am (Mon-Sat) can deliver on the same day, some special district or situation are excluded). When the order arrived, please check and confirm the packaging in good condition, quantity is as same as order. If there is no elevator at that building, an additional delivery fee will be charged.  

Below are the special districts which deliver on Monday, Wednesday and Friday:

Kwai Chung, Chuen Wan, Tsiang Yi, Lohas Park, Tsang Kwan O Industrial Estate, Sheung Shui, Fanling, Tai Po.

Below are the special districts which deliver on every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday:

Shatin, Tai Wai, Ma On Shan, Yuen Long, Tuen Mun, Tin Shui Wai, Airport.
